Whistleblowing Channel

In accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20th, which governs the protection of individuals reporting regulatory breaches and/or acts of corruption, MARKDALE S.L. maintains an internal whistleblowing channel accessible to all individuals providing services to the Company. This includes employees, administrators, interns, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, as outlined by law. The purpose of this channel is to facilitate the reporting of any actions or omissions that may violate current European regulations or constitute serious or very serious criminal or administrative breach. These may include but are not limited to:
Fraud or corruption
Harassment, intimidation, and discrimination
Violations of health and safety standards
Environmental or material damage, etc.
